Program partners
Lasting global impact starts with those who know their communities best. We partner with extraordinary local organizations across Africa, Asia and Latin America that have proven approaches and transformative solutions and lead systems change.
Whether improving access to healthcare, enhancing education, or driving economic opportunity, our partners are tackling the root causes of inequality and transforming millions of lives. We provide flexible, long-term funding and strategic support to help unlock their full potential.
What's possible when we invest in change at scale?
The Change at Scale map highlights the inspiring efforts of a number of featured program partners who are leading transformative initiatives to change systems and improve lives. The stories shared here show the remarkable progress our partners are making and the future potential for transformation.
Please note that this is not a full list of partners we support. Last updated July 2025.
Economic Opportunity
What if women had equal access to decent jobs and entrepreneurship instead of flawed economic systems that limit their potential, demand they bear the brunt of unpaid care work (Global Citizen) and hold back economies (UN Women). We support over 40 partners who work with governments and the private sector to apply gender-transformative solutions that enhance everyone’s economic welfare.
Health
What if health systems worked for everyone — especially women and children? Inadequate health systems perpetuate inequality and negatively affect health and economic security. We support over 30 partners working to transform health systems and expand reproductive, maternal, and child health services – improving access and reducing mortality.
Education
What if education systems unlocked every child’s potential? Millions of children – particularly girls – face barriers to quality learning. We work with over 20 partners to transform education systems so more girls can stay in school and succeed. By improving access and inclusion, education becomes a force for generational change and a tool to break the cycle of inequality for all.
Women in Leadership
What if women led equally in the domains of law and economics? Systemic barriers keep women from shaping the policies and institutions that define society. We support over 30 partners working to elevate women’s leadership in courts, ministries, and economic forums. More women in power leads to better laws, stronger economies, and fairer, more inclusive societies.
Support Ecosystems
What if systems-change efforts operated like an ecosystem? Our ecosystem grants back communities of practice, feminist funds, and data initiatives that enhance learning, improve government decision-making, and build grassroots power across health, education, economic opportunity and women’s leadership.
