Program and Administrative Assistant, Latin America & Global (Parental Leave Cover)
The Latin America and Global team at Co-Impact is seeking parental leave cover for the Program and Administrative Assistant role from mid-November 2026 to end of April 2027. The position will ideally be filled by a highly organized, collaborative, and values-driven professional with strong project management, communication, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate demonstrates sound judgment, integrity, adaptability, financial literacy, and a commitment to Co-Impact’s mission, while building trusted relationships and managing priorities effectively across global teams.
Assistant, Philanthropy & Communications (Parental Leave Cover)
We are seeking an experienced Assistant to provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the Philanthropy & Communications team during a period of parental leave. The role will provide support for the Vice President, Philanthropy & Communications, the Strategic Partnerships Director and the wider Philanthropy & Communications team.
