Our Whistleblower Policy reminds all directors, officers, and employees that we are all expected to ensure that Co-Impact and the individuals associated with it comply with high standards in financial accounting and reporting, and engage in lawful and ethical behavior. The Policy encourages the reporting of any possible violations, lays out procedures for doing so, and describes protections afforded under the Policy.
How to raise concerns
Staff are encouraged to reach out to their manager, the COO, the Founder and CEO, or the Senior Counsel. If you work outside the organization, email [email protected] and specify that you are raising an ethics concern.
