Co-Impact brings together local changemakers and funders from around the world to make health, education, and economic systems stronger and more inclusive – creating impact that lasts. Our commitment to advancing gender equality and women’s leadership is central to this goal.
By focusing on systems, our partners work at the scale of the problem – dismantling the root causes of inequality that disadvantage hundreds of millions of women, children, and marginalized communities.
Pooling funding allows us to provide large, flexible grants and strategic support to locally-rooted partners in Africa, Asia, and Latin America who know their systems best.
We aim to deploy over $1 billion for gender equality by 2030 and achieve a world where everyone can lead fulfilling lives.

Local leaders have the solutions, expertise, networks, and relationships needed to deliver sustainable change at scale. We provide the flexible, long-term funding, and strategic support to make it happen.
Our Foundational Fund and Gender Fund have mobilised over $839 million to over 150 initiatives, and our ambition is to deploy over $1 billion for gender equality by 2030.

Co-Impact’s team spans eight countries across five continents. We support coalitions of changemakers — from grassroots organizations to governments — to drive meaningful, lasting change at scale.
We have expertise across philanthropy, strategic partnerships, systems change, and advocacy, working with governments and civil society organizations. We work closely with partners to help realize our vision of a world in which health, education, and economic opportunities belong to everyone.
