What we fund

We fund locally-rooted and women-led organizations that work to strengthen health, education, and economic systems so that they serve everyone, especially women and girls, more equitably and effectively.

We support organizations that are leading bold, collaborative efforts to transform public systems and advance gender equality at scale.

We offer multi-year, flexible grants and support for strategy, learning, and evaluation to strengthen the organization. We invest in the vision and leadership of our program partners. This builds trusted, long-term partnerships grounded in mutual respect and shared commitment to impact.

We created the Gender Fund specifically to advance gender equality and women’s leadership across health, education, and economic systems and in the professional domains of law and economics.

Through our Foundational Fund, we support efforts to deliver lasting change to health, education, and economic systems in Africa, Asia, and Latin America and advance gender equality.

How do I apply?

Advisory board

A new structure for our board

Co-Impact has benefited from the support of extraordinary advisors since our launch. Previously, two formal advisory boards provided strategic advice and counsel for each of our two funds. We are now forming a unified Advisory Board that will support all of our work in a unified governance structure.

All our advisors are committed to advancing our mission of ensuring that the systems are more just and inclusive. They bring knowledge, experience, and understanding of the issues and sectors related to our work.

Anonymous Donors – Co-Impact has a few donors that are supporting the Foundational Fund but prefer not to disclose their support publicly.

Funding partners

Our global community of funders bring resources, expertise, and experience that allow us to do more together than we can ever do alone.

Our funding partners support powerful, locally-rooted changemakers. By pooling that funding and expertise, we can support larger, longer-term initiatives that work at the true scale of the problem, optimizing philanthropic investments and minimizing duplication of effort.

Program partners

We equip local changemakers across Africa, Asia, and Latin America to strengthen their work and lead systems change

Improving access to healthcare, enhancing education, and driving economic opportunity improves the lives of women, children, and marginalized communities. Our partners are tackling the root causes of inequality and transforming millions of lives to create lasting global impact.
