At Co-Impact, we are committed to advancing the highest standards of ethical and lawful behavior among our directors, officers, employees, partners, and contractors. We stand for integrity, fairness and respect for diversity and do not tolerate misconduct of any kind.
We encourage all to report any concerns about possible violations.
Our Whistleblower Policy reminds all directors, officers, and employees of Co-Impact that all are expected to ensure that Co-Impact and the individuals associated with it comply with high standards in financial accounting and reporting and engage in lawful and ethical behavior. The Policy encourages the reporting of any possible violations, lays out procedures for doing so, and describes protections afforded under the Policy.
We also encourage reporting of any concerns about possible violations that raise ethical concerns. Staff are encouraged to reach out to their manager, the COO, the Founder and CEO, or the General Counsel. From outside the organization, you may email [email protected] and specify that you are raising an ethics concern. Where anonymity is required, we have made available an Ethics Reporting Hotline via this link or by phone at +1-800-603-2869. Your report will be processed and investigated at appropriate levels and with discretion.
You can take action by making a donation to Co-Impact. Your valuable contribution will support efforts to enable transformative change.
