As Program Manager of Learning, Measurement and Evaluation, Aditi supports program partners in developing effective measurement strategies for their systems change initiatives.
She also supports the synthesis of outcomes and lessons across the Co-Impact portfolio, and in advancing internal learning at Co-Impact.
Aditi brings over 8 years of experience in the monitoring and evaluation space within the development sector. Prior to joining Co-Impact, Aditi was a Senior Manager at IDinsight in India. In her role, she provided measurement and evaluation support to nonprofits and state governments, including those of Delhi, Punjab and Rajasthan. Some of her key projects included setting up a data and analytics platform with NITI Aayog, conducting process evaluation of a socio-emotional learning curriculum and establishing an evidence unit within the state department to provide bespoke measurement support on a variety of women and child development programs.
Previously, Aditi was a research manager at J-PAL South Asia managing randomized controlled trials across multiple states in India. She contributed to the design and evaluation of programs that rationed electricity to incentivize lower groundwater usage and provided direct benefit transfers to farmers.
Aditi holds a Master’s in Economics from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. She is fluent in Hindi and English and is finding her way through Punjabi. She lives with her family in Chandigarh, India.
