Manager, Governance and Operations

Amondi supports Co-Impact's governance and operational alignment, serving as a central anchor for board engagement, strategic communications, and organizational planning.

Amondi brings over five years of experience in strategy, operations, and programme management across Africa, Asia, and the Americas. Before joining Co-Impact, Amondi was a Manager of Strategy and Operations at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, where she led the New Country Entry process across 20+ countries, built planning and commercialisation tools used by global leadership, and was seconded to the Presidency of Timor-Leste to support high-level diplomatic engagements. Prior to TBI, she worked as a Consultant at the United Nations Office of the Secretary-General in New York, Strategic Planning and Monitoring Unit producing briefing materials for the Secretary-General’s Cabinet on development, peacebuilding, and gender equality.

Amondi holds an MSc in International Development and Humanitarian Emergencies from the London School of Economics and a First Class BA in Economics and Development from the University of Manchester. (edited)
