Program Manager, Asia

Anognya brings experiences at the intersection of philanthropy, government, and civil society. Before joining Co-Impact, she worked at the Centre for Public Impact (a BCG Foundation), where she collaborated with global philanthropies and governments on philanthropic strategy, intersectional research, and public sector innovation – including designing and delivering funding calls on democratic resilience and the use of GenAI for social good. She has also worked with J-PAL South Asia on capacity-building for public officials, with Members of Parliament in India on research and policy support, and with Workers’ Collectives to strengthen welfare reforms. Internationally, she has worked with Innovations for Poverty Action on national learning assessments in West Africa.

Based in Bengaluru, India, Anognya finds joy in being outdoors – gardening, running, and long walks. She is curious and committed to advancing climate action, experimenting with AI tools for social impact, and using storytelling as a spark for systems change.
