Ashlinn provides operational and strategic support to the President at Co-Impact, working closely with her to manage priorities and support her leadership across the organisation. She plays a key role in facilitating internal and external engagement and ensuring the smooth running of a complex and global schedule.

Prior to joining Co-Impact, Ashlinn gained experience supporting senior leadership in a range of fast-paced environments, particularly within the financial sector, including innovation funding and private equity. She has worked closely with senior stakeholders across organisations, helping to streamline operations, manage competing priorities, and support effective decision-making.

Ashlinn holds a BA in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford, where she developed a strong interest in the intersection of law and social impact, particularly women’s rights. She lives in Norfolk with her partner and spends her time cooking (especially South African and Lebanese cuisine), dialling in her coffee machine, and going on long walks in the countryside.
