Devon Jaffe-Urell

Devon provides operational and administrative support to the CEO and other Senior Members of the Co-Impact team in Europe. With a background in public health, she has varied experience in the international not-for-profit sector, from nutrition interventions to large-scale newborn health projects.

Prior to joining Co-Impact, Devon worked for Save the Children in several capacities. Based in Washington, DC, she supported the organization’s work on USAID’s flagship Maternal and Child Survival Program with a focus on newborn health interventions in Rwanda, Myanmar, Laos, Haiti and India. She also worked for Save’s Department of Global Health, providing executive support to the Vice President and Associate Vice President, coordination for the Nutrition Team, and overall operations support to the department as a whole. Most recently, she led a qualitative study in southern Malawi examining the impact and scalability of a school feeding pilot program aiming to integrate community agriculture and nutrition approaches to improve nutrition outcomes. Results from the study have since been published in the journal Field Exchange.

Devon received her MSc in Nutrition for Global Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and her BA in Psychology from Lewis and Clark College. She currently lives in London and holds dual British/American citizenship.
