Dominique Boyer
Program Assistant
Dominique provides administrative, programmatic and operational support across Co-Impact’s Program Office, Learning Measurement and Evaluation, and Design teams.
She has over 9 years’ experience in customer service, corporate retail, and retail operations and logistics.
Prior to joining the Co-Impact team, Dominique worked as a Logistics Manager, an Assistant Visual Operations Manager, and a Freelance Assistant Director to a nonprofit production company in Brooklyn, New York. The production company provided on-set jobs to Brown and Black youth in the surrounding area, giving them the opportunity to gain first time experience and build potential connections in the film industry. Her roles within the retail space enhanced her ability to work cross-functionally, manage varying schedules and budgets, and provide support across different teams simultaneously. Through her previous roles, she gained a purpose-driven approach to her work, choosing to work with organizations that move with intention, and have a clear mission to improve the lives of others.
Outside of her work with Co-Impact, she thrives when volunteering within her community at clothing drives, food banks, and farms.
