Helen Dougan

Helen provides administrative support for internal and external cross-team events led by the Executive Office, key philanthropic meetings and events requiring participation of the CEO, including research, planning, logistics and external liaison.

Helen has extensive experience supporting executives and leaders across the not-for-profit sector, education, and Private Equity backed businesses. She worked as an Executive Assistant for 20 years, supporting leaders with projects and events, as well as annual planning and day to day operations. Her experience includes roles in the International Directorate and Humanitarian Department at Oxfam GB, the University of Oxford, the school food project at the Soil Association, and Dext Software, a finance tech start-up. She enjoys working for diverse international organizations.

Helen has travelled extensively in Asia, Latin America, and Eastern and Southern Africa. She now lives in the countryside outside London with her two small boys. Trekking with them in Nepal is a future dream.
