Kaila Zitron

Kaila supports Co-Impact’s Program team management and planning, and the VP of Programs in coordinating internal and external workflows. She has diverse experience in public education development, organizational capacity building, and support roles in social justice and civic engagement fields.

Prior to joining the Co-Impact team, Kaila was Creative Writer and Project Consultant at Eddywhere, Inc., an education cooperative specializing in customized creative content for K-12 students. Her role focused on writing financial literacy and career well-being curriculum to give students the social and emotional resources to develop their strengths, interests, and values.

Previous to her work in education development, Kaila was Project Development Consultant to the La Merced Tourism Association in rural Colombia, a post-conflict development and economic diversification initiative in the Coffee Cultural Landscape of Colombia, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Kaila received her BA in Global Studies from The New School and her MA in International Affairs, Concentration in Development from The Milano School of International Affairs, Management, and Urban Policy.
