Manik supports the development of strategic partnerships at Co-Impact, drawing on his experience across strategy, partnerships, and nonprofit capacity building in Asia and Africa.
At Co-Impact, Manik is involved in the development and management of strategic partnerships with institutional foundations, corporate philanthropies, and individual donors. He helps design collaborative approaches that unlock and align capital in support of systems change.
Manik brings around six years of experience across strategy consulting and social impact. Before joining Co-Impact, he worked at Bridgespan India, where he advised nonprofits and philanthropy partners on strategy, fundraising, and organizational strengthening. His work spanned philanthropic advisory, long-term strategic planning, and capacity-building efforts, including through the Bridgespan Nonprofit Development Program, where he coached nonprofits across South Asia and supported fundraising and grant management for the program. Earlier in his career, Manik worked at ZS Associates where he developed a strong grounding in analytics, execution, and structured problem solving.
Based in Mumbai, Manik enjoys cooking, playing cricket, and watching films across genres and languages. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode and a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Statistics from Hindu College, University of Delhi.
