Meenakshi Gahlot

Meenakshi provides operational and administrative support to the CEO and other senior members of Co-Impact globally. Prior to joining Co-Impact, Meenakshi worked for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Based in Delhi, in her role as Program Assistant, she supported the leadership team in the Director’s office and cross-functional team. She supported teams in administrative and operational activities and created a mechanism that helped track critical events in the organization throughout the year. Between 2006-2016, Meenakshi worked with The Royal Bank of Scotland and BlackRock, supporting the Director, Senior Vice President, and Chief operating officer in north India. Her role at RBS and BlackRock focused on managing activities in business and Retail operations team. Meenakshi has completed her bachelor’s degree with honors from Delhi university and holds certification in aviation, hospitality, and travel management. Meenakshi currently lives with her husband and daughter in Delhi and spends her free time reading and exploring outdoor spaces in the city.
