Megha Harish

Grants & Operations Manager

As Grants & Operations Manager, Megha partners with our Program Team to support grantmaking in Asia; as well as managing contracting, funder compliance, and other operations projects.

Megha joined Co-Impact after five years running online skills-building programs for young people at the Common Purpose Charitable Trust, an international leadership development organization. They have experience across operations, communications, and programs. Megha’s work at Common Purpose ranged from launching programs at the Commonwealth Youth Forum to designing curricula on Race and Reconciliation for RMIT University. During the pandemic, Megha also led operations for a COVID-relief mental health project in India with One Future Collective and is still a mentor and coach with the organization.

Beyond work, Megha is also a writer and facilitator of courses in contemporary poetry, including with students at Oxford and Azim Premji University. They hold an MPhil from the University of Cambridge, where their research focused on Indian women scientists in the 1900s. Megha lives, works, and walks in Bangalore, but wishes they were closer to the ocean.
