Currently Associate Director, HR & Talent at Co-Impact, Nessa has spent her career delivering projects that sit at the intersection of people, culture, and transformation – combining systems leadership, behavioural psychology, human-centred design, and community engagement to drive meaningful change. This blend of disciplines allows her to work effectively in complex, international organisations.

Nessa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of the Philippines, and has continued learning at the National University of Singapore, IDEO U, and the School of System Change. She is also a certified LUMA Institute Practitioner and a trained coach from the NeuroLeadership Institute, all of which shapes an approach to her work that is thoughtful, grounded, and deeply human. Having lived and worked in the Philippines and Singapore, she is now based in the UK countryside, where she enjoys nature walks with her husband and two kids
