Nicola Forrest AO is Co-Founder of Minderoo Foundation – one of Australasia’s largest philanthropic organisations – and a Director of Tattarang, one of Australia’s largest private investment groups.

Olivia Leland is the Founder and CEO of Co-Impact, a global philanthropic collaborative that brings together local changemakers and funders to make health, education, and economic systems stronger and more inclusive and advance gender equality and women’s leadership.

Positioned across Learning, Measurement and Evaluation team and the Program Office, Zecheng provides critical analytics on the portfolio level, supports data-informed decision-making, and enables the internal team with data insights and capacities.

Wandia leads our program strategy and grant making in Africa. She brings twenty-one years of experience in grant making, resource mobilization, gender justice, governance, policy research, advocacy and campaigns, capacity building, networking and coalition building, programme design and implementation and regional integration.

As Program Manager, Devaki supports program partners in Asia to develop effective strategies for systems change to advance gender equitable outcomes, women’s leadership, and gender equality. She also supports the Regional Director, Asia with sourcing, vetting, and recommending of grants.

Shagun Sabarwal is the Regional Director for Asia at Co-Impact. She leads Co-Impact’s program strategy and grant making in Asia.

Alfonsina, who leads our Latin America and global grantmaking, brings more than twenty years of experience in gender, development and public policy.

Jackson is Senior Program Manager, Africa at Co-Impact based out of Nairobi, Kenya. He supports Co-Impact’s sourcing and vetting of new grants in Africa.

Gladys supports Co-Impact’s partner sourcing, grant making, and partner support efforts in Africa.

Nguhi is a program manager at Co-Impact based out of Nairobi. She supports Co-Impact’s sourcing and vetting of grants in Africa.
