Aisha provides operational and administrative support to the Philanthropic Collaboration team globally. She has extensive experience across the not-for-profit sector as well as experience working with high-net-worth individuals.

Yasmin Madan brings over 20 years of hands-on experience to her role as Director and US Lead for Philanthropic Collaboration at Co-Impact.
Her career spans the commercial and social sectors in rapidly evolving and dynamic countries across Africa, Asia, and Latin America regions.

As Grants & Operations Manager, Megan partners with our Program Team to support grantmaking in Latin America and global & practitioner-oriented research grants; as well as manages contracting, funder compliance, and other operations projects.

As the Director of Human Resources and Talent, Wairimu leads global human resource operations for Co-Impact; she is responsible for leading all dimensions of our people function for Co-Impact’s global team.

As a Grants & Operations Manager, Mary partners with our Program to support grant-making in Africa; as well as managing contracting, funder compliance, and other operations projects.

As Chief Financial Officer of Co-Impact, Vicky leads the finance function, establishing, managing, and streamlining financial policies and procedures.

As Grants & Operations Manager, Megha partners with our Program Team to support grantmaking in Asia; as well as managing contracting, funder compliance, and other operations projects.

As Co-Impact’s Chief Operating Officer, Pam provides strategic operations leadership including in the areas of finance and reporting, human resources, grants management, corporate governance, compliance, and information technology.

As Associate Director, Finance, Maria supports the overall financial management of the organization and its assets, including but not limited to finance vendor management, coordination of the relationship with accounting/bookkeeping and audit firms, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting functions.
