Rachel manages Co‑Impact’s global human resources and operations functions.

As Manager, HR & Talent, she manages and supports key HR initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits and organization‑wide people and culture efforts. She also provides essential operational support, ensuring Co‑Impact’s global team has what they need to thrive.

Rachel brings over 7 years of experience in human resources and people operations, executive support and administration. Before joining Co‑Impact, she led people operations initiatives at BuildX Studio, where she established the HR function and developed its core processes and systems.

Rachel is a certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP‑K), holds a BSc in Public Health from the University of Eastern Africa, Baraton, a Diploma in Human Resources and is currently pursuing an MSc in Global Human Resources at King’s College London. Based in Nairobi, she lives with her husband and two sons.
