Rachel Njeri

As Operations Assistant, Rachel supports global Human Resources functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and organization-wide people and culture efforts. She also provides operations and administrative support to enable the work of our global team.

Rachel brings to the role 7+ of experience in HR and people operations, executive support, and administration. Before joining Co-Impact, Rachel supported people operations initiatives at BuildX Studio, where she set up the HR function and developed the respective processes and systems. Before that, she worked with startups such as Twig Cowork, Unlimited Directions, and Sama (Samasource).
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from the University of Eastern Africa, Baraton, and a Diploma in Human Resources.

Based in Nairobi, she likes sewing, cycling, and marathons.
