Shanthini Thomas

Shanthini provides programmatic, operational, and administrative support to the Asia regional team. She is a known multitasker and holds around 22 years experience working with the United Nations, and not-for-profit organisations based in the US. Most recently, she spent 13 years with the MacArthur Foundation as Program Administrator, where she was involved in the office management and grants administration systems. During her stint with MacArthur Foundation, she has gained enormous experience of dealing with regulatory and legal compliance issues for non-governmental organisations in India. She also served as Program Officer -Country and Regional Programs, at the India office of International AIDS Vaccine Initiative (IAVI) where she spent 7 years prior to MacArthur.

Shanthini received her MBA in Human Resource Management from Alagappa University, India and is currently pursuing a Masters in Business Law from the National Law School of India University. Shanthini is passionate about writing and has 3 published books to her credit.
