Stefanie Verdorfer
Associate Director, Philanthropic Collaboration
Stefanie is a philanthropy leader with over 15 years of experience working with major donors, foundations, and nonprofit organizations globally. Her work spans strategic development, high-value philanthropic partnerships, grantmaking, developing giving circles and ambassador networks, and organizational development.
Before joining Co-Impact, Stefanie worked as a philanthropy consultant and advisor to a range of clients, including the WHO Foundation and family foundations. She also held senior roles at Lumos and The Climate Group working with major donors and ambassadors globally. She began her career working with UHNW families across Europe, supporting both personal endeavors and their arts philanthropy.
Stefanie brings deep expertise in global philanthropy and funding trends, and is passionate about driving more funding toward systemic change—particularly in support of gender equality. She has a long-standing interest in the history and dynamics of family philanthropy.
She serves on the board of Eikon, a nonprofit supporting young people who are experiencing mental health challenges in Surrey. She holds degrees in Arts and Cultural Management and International Relations. Originally from Italy, Stefanie lives with her family near London.
