Vicky has over twenty-five years of international development experience with a passion for nonprofit management. During her career, she has successfully led the global accounting, FP&A, cost and pricing, and grants management functions. She is well-versed in risk management and mitigation strategies, project management and general operations. Though she’s worn many hats, her happy place is in a spreadsheet and working with numbers.

Before joining Co-Impact, Vicky was the Global Finance Director for Digital Green Foundation leading the accounting, FP&A, and grants management teams. In prior years, she worked with a number of DC-based NGOs, including long stints with Management Sciences for Health and what is now Palladium, where she held various roles at project, group and organizational levels.

Vicky has a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in acquisition and contract management. She lives in the Shenandoah mountains of Virginia with her husband.
