Prior to joining Co-Impact, Aisha was the Executive Assistant at Homeless Link, the national membership charity for organizations working directly with people who become homeless in England. She worked very closely with the CEO, the senior leadership team, and the board of trustees, to improve services and campaign for policy change to help end homelessness.

Previously, Aisha has held Executive Assistant and Project Manager roles in a range of sectors including Accountancy, Property, and Retail. However, her passion lies in working for an organization that helps to make a difference in the world.

Aisha received her BSc in Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London. She was born in London, speaks English, Urdu, and Punjabi, and is making progress with Arabic. She currently lives with her husband in the UK and spends her free time creating abstract and Islamic art, as well as fashion and lifestyle content on Instagram.
