Megan Tenes
Grants and Operations Manager
As Grants & Operations Manager, Megan partners with our Program Team to support grantmaking in Latin America and global & practitioner-oriented research grants; as well as manages contracting, funder compliance, and other operations projects.
Megan brings in experience from both the not-for-profit and government sectors in public service coordination and promotion of volunteerism. Prior to joining the Co-Impact team, Megan was the Operations Manager for the national service program team at NYC Service, Office of the Mayor. In that role, she supported compliance, fiscal, and programmatic aspects of the programs administered by the office. Prior to NYC Service, she served two terms as an AmeriCorps member with City Year New York, supporting the social, emotional, and academic growth of elementary students.
Megan received a B.S. in Environmental Science from Santa Clara University. She currently lives in New York and spends her free time cooking and exploring outdoor spaces in the city.
