Putting Women at the Centre of Primary Health Care in Ghana

ARHR aims to enhance primary health care delivery in Ghana by addressing gender disparities in Community Health Planning Services and the National Health Insurance Scheme. It seeks to improve health outcomes for at least 17.4 million women — with at least 40% living in rural areas — with the aim to achieve an increase in decision-making processes, awareness, and utilization of health services among women and girls across eight regions in the country.
