Community of Practice in India

Bridgespan India is creating and facilitating a Community of Practice (CoP) to support leaders of social change organizations in the country. The CoP aims to help these leaders address critical strategic and organizational challenges through peer learning and exchange, ultimately enhancing their ability to drive systems and institutional change. By fostering collaboration and shared insights, the initiative seeks to strengthen the impact of social change efforts across India.
