Women’s Fund in Mexico: Strategies for Economic and Climate Justice

Fondo Semillas is a women’s fund that supports grassroots organizations led by women, trans, and intersex people in Mexico, promoting economic autonomy and advancing the care economy agenda. Working with initiatives that focus on access to housing, decent work, and sustainable local and community economic alternatives, Fondo Semillas offers flexible financing, institutional capacity strengthening, and access to decision-making spaces, and connects these organizations with key actors to influence systemic change.
