Iyaloju Initative

MRHRC’s Iyaloju Initiative aims to improve public maternity care in Nigeria, where 40% of women currently lack access to skilled care. The initiative focuses on supporting community health workers in implementing community-led social and behavior change interventions to increase the use of maternity services among vulnerable women. Targeting low-income urban women in Lagos State, the program seeks to ensure more women receive the quality care they need during pregnancy and childbirth.
