Engendering the Nigerian Financial Services Ecosystem

Lagos Business School’s initiative aims to achieve gender parity in senior leadership and executive roles within Nigeria’s financial services sector. It focuses on strengthening, shifting institutional policies, preparing change champions, and partnering with regulators to launch a gender equality index that tracks progress. This initiative also seeks to increase women’s representation in leadership and create a more inclusive financial services ecosystem where women can thrive.
