Red de Abogadas en Mexico

Red de Abogadas aims to promote gender equality in the legal profession by expanding partnerships with universities and advancing career development for women lawyers across various fields of law practice. They also seek to have at least 100 law firms commit to minimum standards of inclusion and diversity. 

The initiative will benefit 8,000 female lawyers across Mexico, allowing women to complete at least a five-year tenure and achieve decision-making positions at 120 private firms that adhere to diversity, equity, and inclusion standards.
