Gurgen spearheaded the development of and leads the grants and contracts management function, managing a team of regionally-based grants management professionals.

Nita works on Co-Impact’s partner sourcing, grant making, and program partner support efforts across Asia, collaborating closely with the Regional Director to shape and implement regional strategic initiatives.

Awo Ablo is President at Co-Impact and serves as a non-executive director on boards at Oracle, the Tony Blair Institute, the Ellison Institute Research Foundation and the Institute of Development Studies, University of Sussex.

Rachel manages Co‑Impact’s global human resources and operations functions.

Júlia Libório leads on digital communications, platforms, and community building at Co-Impact.
