Governance

Co-Impact’s Board of Directors brings together a diverse group of leaders. They have expertise in gender equality, systems change, global philanthropy, and organizational leadership.

Our Board members champion our collective mission to strengthen health, education, and economic systems and improve the lives of women, children, and marginalized communities. They bring deep knowledge and experience, and are committed to ensuring our work achieves sustained global impact.

Our ambition is to create inclusive, dynamic, and participatory spaces for dialogue and thought leadership. We want to engender a sense of community and collaboration, in which all members have an equal voice.

We have benefited from the support of extraordinary advisors since our launch. Previously, two formal advisory boards provided strategic advice and counsel for each of our two funds. We are now forming a unified Advisory Group that will support all of our work in a unified governance structure.
