As Program Manager of Learning, Measurement and Evaluation, Aditi supports program partners in developing effective measurement strategies for their systems change initiatives.

As a Director on Co-Impact’s Programs team, Abe helps to oversee the sourcing, vetting, structuring, and support of philanthropic systems change grants.

Stefanie is a philanthropy leader with over 15 years of experience working with major donors, foundations, and nonprofit organizations globally. Her work spans strategic development, high-value philanthropic partnerships, grantmaking, developing giving circles and ambassador networks, and organizational development.

Fabian manages relationships with Co-Impact funding partners, working particularly with Co-Investors seeking to align support towards systems change initiatives.

Aisha provides operational and administrative support to the Philanthropic Collaboration team globally. She has extensive experience across the not-for-profit sector as well as experience working with high-net-worth individuals.

Yasmin Madan brings over 20 years of hands-on experience to her role as Director and US Lead for Philanthropic Collaboration at Co-Impact.
Her career spans the commercial and social sectors in rapidly evolving and dynamic countries across Africa, Asia, and Latin America regions.

As Grants & Operations Manager, Megan partners with our Program Team to support grantmaking in Latin America and global & practitioner-oriented research grants; as well as manages contracting, funder compliance, and other operations projects.
